The restaurant's popular waraji katsudon rice bowls are a local Chichibu favorite and consist of two large breaded pork cutlets shaped like waraji straw sandals stewed in a soy sauce-based stock and served over rice. The restaurant's main location in Ogano Town is famously where waraji katsudon was invented.
