    Nosaka opened as a Japanese style restaurant in 2000. It restyled itself as a miso pork-bowl shop in 2008, and since has become the home of miso pork-bowl. This exquisite dish is made with pork marinated in Chichibu’s famed miso, then roasted over a charcoal flame, laid over specially selected rice and topped with the house’s special soy-based sauce.

    たまたま近くで昼食を取ろうと、知らないで行ったのですが有名人が訪問している有名な豚丼屋さんでした。 味が濃くて、「おいしい！」の一言に尽きました。

    A traditional ryotei restaurant located in Saiwai-cho, Kawagoe City. The restaurant was established in 1868 after the owner inherited a villa which belonged to Yokota Gorobe, a wealthy merchant who built his fortune through rice wholesaling, brewing, and finance. The restaurant serves seasonal kaiseki course cuisine in private dining rooms as well as lunch on weekdays in the building's tea room. The restaurant can also be rented out for a ryotei wedding.

    豪商の別邸を料亭にした山屋さん。庭も見事ですが、日本建築、美術品など見ごたえたっぷり。料理は素晴らしいの一語に尽きます。ランチタイムにお弁当を提供する日もありますが、予約してゆっくり懐石を味わえると最高です。

    An eel restaurant located in Daitakubo, Minami Ward, Saitama City. The restaurant serves shirayaki plain broiled eel and kabayaki eel lovingly broiled over high grade ubame oak charcoal from Wakayama Prefecture, as well as unaju eel rice boxes, chilled carp arai sashimi, and carp koku (round slices of carp stewed in miso). The restaurant also offers eel and carp course meals, reservation only steak rice boxes and sashimi served in a private dining area, children's meals, and more.

    浦和には特徴的な鰻屋さんがありますが、小島屋は大皿で供される大ぶりの蒲焼きと古典的な日本家屋の店構えです。 ただし大皿の蒲焼きは当然、値段も張りますので、その点は承知の上で注文してください。3匹分で12000円です。もちろん普通の鰻重もあります。 鰻重は3段階あって写真の松がちょうど真ん中で約4500円で、肝吸いとお新香が付きます。 鰻の味は人それぞれに好き好きがありますので、コメントは難しいです...

    "The restaurant of the Chichibukan, a long-standing traditional ryokan inn established over 100 years ago which is located along Iwadatami Dori in Nagatoro, Nagatoro Town, Chichibu County. The restaurant has regular and open terrace outdoor seating and serves ayu cuisine such as ayu grilled with salt shioyaki style, ayu-meshi rice, and ayu gozen meals; as well as special dishes made with fresh, seasonal Nagatoro ingredients. With an advance reservation, customers can also enjoy the ""Ayu-zukushi"" sampler, which includes shioyaki, ayu-meshi, and dengaku ayu baked with miso."

    連休に訪問しました。入店までかなり待ちます。お料理は美味しいですが、お水やお茶も何度頼んでも来ない、家族で行きましたが1人分だけ注文が通ってなかったのか、かなり料理が遅れたりと、店員さんのサービスが全く行き届いてなく、あまり居心地はよくなかったので早めにでました。お料理のお味は美味しいのだから人の教育がなされてないのが残念でした。並んでまで入る価値はないなと思います。

Its black yuba, made with Chichibu black soybeans, is the only product of its kind in Japan, a luxury item replete with the unique flavor of black soy beans. Its wide range of other products includes green yuba, made with soy beans specially grown in the Tohoku region, fresh yuba, Zaru Tofu (tofu in a bamboo basket), and tofu marinated in miso.

    Umedaya located on Saikai Road in Nagatoro, Nagatoro Town is a specialty tofu (bean curd) restaurant. Using additive-free tofu made every morning from a native Chichibu soybean called Hakko and natural nigari (bittern), it offers tofu sweets, okara donuts, drinks using soymilk as well as the Umedaya Tofu Lunch with side dishes such as okara (soy pulp).

    今回も利用できませんでしたが、豆腐ランチ専門のお店で一度入って見たいお店です。 お昼時は混むお店で、何台か車が入ってきていました。 大豆、豆腐料理がいただけ、ヘルシー料理がいただけるようです。

    お客様とのビジネスランチで訪問しました。 名物のナマズの天ぷらと揚げ物、鰻重をいただきました。写真を撮りたかったのですが、仕事中のため遠慮しました。 ナマズは珍しいですが、味は今ひとつ。鰻重も脂のノリは良くなかったです。 また中居さんも愛想が良くなく、あまりお勧めできません。

    イオンモール与野の中にある飲食店。タッチパネルのでの順番待ち、タッチパネルでの注文、アルコール消毒は良い点。接客の接点を意図的に少なくしているのですが、その接客が元気がなく、やる気のない感じになっており、コロナによるサービスの悪化を危惧します。注文から配膳までも時間が長いです。大戸屋の悪い特徴はどの店舗もメニュー表の写真と実物の差異が非常に大きい。改善して欲しいです。
