    Nosaka opened as a Japanese style restaurant in 2000. It restyled itself as a miso pork-bowl shop in 2008, and since has become the home of miso pork-bowl. This exquisite dish is made with pork marinated in Chichibu’s famed miso, then roasted over a charcoal flame, laid over specially selected rice and topped with the house’s special soy-based sauce.

This dish includes a satisfying portion of pork cutlet with a shoyu-based sauce. Not only is it tasty and filling, but the reasonable price is attractive, too. People come from all over to enjoy this famous dish.

    家族で5年ぶりに食べに行きましたが、店内に入ること猫のおしっこ臭い匂いが漂っていました。 味は、油身の多いかつでした。家族は二度と行かないと言っていました。 味より店内と接客を考えた方がいいですね。

    岩畳通りを、昼食の場所を探しながら歩いていて、一番川に近いところにあるこの見晴に入りました。秩父は味噌が名産ということで、「豚みそ漬けの陶板焼き」という看板にひかれました。店内は広い座敷になっていて、窓のすぐ下は岩畳になっており、素晴らしい眺めを楽しみながら食事をしました。

    連休に訪問しました。入店までかなり待ちます。お料理は美味しいですが、お水やお茶も何度頼んでも来ない、家族で行きましたが1人分だけ注文が通ってなかったのか、かなり料理が遅れたりと、店員さんのサービスが全く行き届いてなく、あまり居心地はよくなかったので早めにでました。お料理のお味は美味しいのだから人の教育がなされてないのが残念でした。並んでまで入る価値はないなと思います。

Their classic sauce katsu-ju (breaded pork cutlet on rice) made with shredded seaweed instead of cabbage, perfectly complimenting the pork, is a well-loved dish. As well as buta-don (pork on rice), gyokusen set meal, and four course meals for groups of guests, the restaurant also has a wide range of individual dishes on the menu making it a great place for families too.

    長瀞駅近くにある定食屋さんです。 ランチで利用しました。 店内はかなり広く、お座敷とテーブル席があります。 長瀞名物と書かれたおっきりこみうどんを食べました。 極太の麺で、うどんよりもすいとんに近い味でした。 良く言えば家庭的な味わいです。 ロケーションが良いので、観光客で賑わっています。

Using additive-free tofu made every morning from a native Chichibu soybean called Hakko and natural nigari (bittern), it offers tofu sweets, okara donuts, drinks using soymilk as well as the Umedaya Tofu Lunch with side dishes such as okara (soy pulp).

    今回も利用できませんでしたが、豆腐ランチ専門のお店で一度入って見たいお店です。 お昼時は混むお店で、何台か車が入ってきていました。 大豆、豆腐料理がいただけ、ヘルシー料理がいただけるようです。
