    A restaurant situated along Prefectural Route 283 in Usagida, Shimoyoshida, Chichibu City. The restaurant adjoins the Chichibu Farmers Factory Usagida Winery. Comprised of an Italian restaurant serving dishes made with Chichibu ingredients and a yakiniku Japanese-style grill-it-yourself barbecue restaurant with Chichibu pork, chicken, Saitama prefectural beef including Bushu beef, and local vegetables. In both areas, diners can enjoy their meal with the wine.

    大きめの建物で中に入るとワインの販売所が併設。イタリアンのメニューがメインかと思いましたが、敢えて地元名物わらじカツ定食を注文しました。カツの枚数が選べるのが嬉しい。家内は一枚、自分は二枚を注文。絶妙なソースがたっぷりでとても美味しかったです。扇風機で空気を循環させていて、コロナ対策もしっかりしてる印象です。

This long-standing establishment has been offering popular Hanno sweets for years and also sells cookies modeled after Muuma, a mascot character for Hanno.

    飯能ぎんざ商店街の、奥まった位置にある洋菓子店。飯能を舞台とした、「ヤマノススメ」に登場した店でもあります。 多種多様なケーキが並んでいますが、お勧めは「はんの木」。バターの風味が絶妙なクッキーです。日持ちするので、土産品としても重宝するかと。

    平日だからかもしれませんが、貸し切り状態 カウンターで庭を眺めながらゆっくりうまい蕎麦がいただけました 本店のほうが気持ちかえしが強い感じで、当方は好みの汁でした 蕎麦も腰があり、のど越し抜群です

    This soba noodle shop is about a five-minute walk from Wado-Kuroya Station on the Chichibu Railway's Chichibu Main Line. They stone-grind their buckwheat flour themselves every morning in a dedicated mill beside the shop. They serve tempura along with it made with local produce. Their standard noodles are made with 80% buckwheat flour, but you can pay a little more for 100% buckwheat noodles. Try the Aimori menu featuring both soba and udon noodles.

    天ぷらざるそば1000円を頂きました。天ぷらはゴーヤ、さつまいも、オクラ、人参でした。 そばは二八、細麺です。 つけ汁は昆布が香ります。今日のは醤油が強く感じた。全体的には薄めなのでお蕎麦をたっぷり浸しても塩辛くありません。

    This soba noodle shop is just a one-minute walk from Chichibu Shrine. They use freshly ground buckwheat flour they mill themselves with carefully selected buckwheat berries. You can see their chefs at work making the noodles through a glass pane right as you enter the shop. Their meal sets feature soba along with other tasty dishes featuring local ingredients, including tempura and steamed rice. They also have an array of desserts made with buckwheat including soba ice cream, sobagaki sweet dumplings, and soba shiruko, a traditional sweet red bean soup.

The shop gets its first class rice unpolished from local, specially contracted farms and polishes it on-site just prior to using it to make its rice cracker dough. Adjoined by the rice cracker factory, customers can purchase piping hot, fresh made rice crackers. The shop's popular ""Tenpiboshi"" crackers, which are cooked by hand using sun-dried dough, are only made in small batches and sell out quickly. The shop also offers factory tours and a senbei rice cracker grilling activity (advance reservation required)."

    Operating out of a charming building registered as a Tangible Cultural Property, Irifune is a restaurant serving soba noodles as well as grilled miso mixed with walnuts and buckwheat seeds. The restaurant’s signature menu item is its mountain walnuts soba noodles, which is characterized by its thick soba noodles made with buckwheat flour ground with the skin on. The sweetness of the walnuts is brought out by the sauce, creating an exquisite harmony of flavors.

    A very low profile, family owned soba noodles restaurant that offers great food! Definitely try their kurumi soba or tempura soba.
