    A freshwater fish cuisine restaurant established in 1934 and located along the Shima River in Shima, Nakanojo Town. The restaurant offers a freshwater fish cuisine menu including fresh Japanese char and masu trout taken straight from the fish-tank and salt-grilled after ordered, yumushi unaju (steamed eel on rice), as well as onsen zosui (rice porridge).
