They focus on a local food for local consumption, primarily using locally sourced vegetables and rainbow trout from their own fish farm. For lunch their Kanjyukuya Lunch (Complete Lunch) is a popular choice where you can pick the main dish from an assortment of options including different dishes of rainbow trout, Hamburg steak, fried food, and more. They're also open for dinner on a reservation basis.
