    This experience facility is located along Prefectural Route 55, at the end of Hanamomo Road, in Agatsuma County, Gunma Prefecture. Visitors can appreciate various seasonal flowers such as Renge Azalea in the spring, Fuji Bakama in the summer, and herbs such as Hellebore and Dutch Sedum until mid-November. There are experience classes for dry flower wreath making and herbarium making, where participants can make their own original pieces. There is also a restaurant with a high ceiling and a clear sense of openness, where visitors can enjoy the millet-rice and Kuni curry or the countryside pasta made with a generous amount of mountain herbs.

    A farmers market located a 15-minute drive from the Tsukiyono interchange on the Kan-Etsu Expressway. The market sells safe, healthy produce year-round and also holds food education farming experiences which teach participants the fun of making and the fun of flavor. Here you can purchase fresh vegetables harvested that very day and, depending on the season, go cherry and blueberry picking. The market also offers classes where you can make soba noodles by hand using 100% locally grown buckwheat flour. The market's restaurant serves soba noodle dishes with home grown vegetables and edible wild plants as well as udon noodles and donburi rice bowls.

    The designs of the Usaburo Kokeshi (wooden dolls) are praised from abroad. This is a facility where visitors can experience and touch the Kokeshi dolls made by the founder Usaburo Okamoto who strived for perfection as an artisan. There are six hands-on experience courses, and reservations are unnecessary unless for groups of 15 or more. Besides cute kokeshi dolls, vases made of chestnut wood, Japanese wooden bowls and Japanese traditional toys are also sold in the shop. It is approximately 10 minutes by car from JR Yagihara Station.

    Vast range of traditional wooden kokeshi dolls. Fantastic place for a souvenir if you are in the vicinity.

    This is a facility that plans and manages various experiences for the purpose of “regional promotion” in Ueno Village, Gunma Prefecture. There are outdoor experiences such as watching the night sky and walking in the forest, one of the areas of the source of the Kanna River that was approved as a clean river by several water quality examinations. Hometown experiences where you can interact with the local people while eating local cuisine, and indoor experiences such as woodcraft and leathercraft are held. There are also miso making experiences in winter, and the miso will be ready the after the end of the following summer.

    "This educational facility for youth is located on the shore of Lake Akagi Onuma, which is approximately one hour from the Kan’etsu Expressway Akagi Interchange. Although it is most often used for school events such as camping outings and youth group outdoor activities, it is also available to be used by any group of eight or more people. There are various experience activities available, such as ""cutter training"" learning to row large cutter boats, ""treeing"" which is using ropes to climb trees, and others. There is also a campsite, cooking area and campfire pit available, and in the winter, visitors can enjoy skiing and snowshoeing."

    This workshop experience facility is located on the riverside of Ayukawa River in Fujioka City's Hino Valley in the Mikabo mountain range. There are three workshops, dyeing, glass-making and pottery, and anyone can enjoy crafting things under the guidance of the experts here. There are a variety of relatively short and simple experience workshops, such as indigo dyeing and the sandblasting experiences, up to full-blown pottery experiences such as making cups and bowls using a potter's wheel. Visitors can also enjoy meals at the facility's tea house or at the barbeque area.

    A wood workshop offering classes to visitors located in the Shima Onsen hot spring district in Gunma Prefecture. Located on a hill a three minute walk from the “Onsenguchi” bus stop, the workshop is a 400 year old building which was moved here from Kyoto. One of the rooms was used by literary master Osamu Dazai to write some of his works; this room is now a rest area for visitors to take a break. Using logs, cut wood, driftwood, stones, and bamboo, visitors can try making their very own wood craft, such as a moving toy, dollhouse furniture, bare bark doll, or Chinese zodiac animal. The workshop also sells pieces created by the owner, Mr. Kano, making it a great place to pick up a Shima Onsen souvenir.

The studio seeks to revive the style of Ikaho-yaki Pottery, a marvelous style of pottery that uses the hot spring minerals of Ikaho Onsen hot spring in both the clay and the glaze. They offer pottery classes (reservations required) with a variety of options where you can make your own piece of pottery using techniques including an electric potters' wheel or hand forming. In the attached gallery works are displayed and sold and there's a collection forcusing on pottery and haiku poetry on display.

    A shop specializing in masks in Higashimine, Minakami Town, Tone County. It's located along Prefectural Route 53 within the Roadside Station Takumi-no-Sato. This is the shop that produces the Great Tengu Mask that adorns the Great Tengu Portable Shrine carried during the autumn's Houraku Festival. They produce and sell a wide variety of masks including everything from traditional Okame and Hyottoko masks to masks of modern characters. They also have hands-on experiences where you can paint your own mask.
