    Billed as reasonable, fast and tasty motsuni dishes, the Nagai Shokudo eatery along National Route 17 in Shibukawa City, Gunma Prefecture. This eatery was originally a stop for long distance truck drivers and bikers. However, due to its recent popularity from nationally televised variety shows, visitors come now from all over Japan. The motsuni dish with chitterling stewed in rich miso-based broth and the Gunma specialty konjac jelly is full of nutrition. The motsuni is also gift packaged and sold at the shop, or in their vending machines.

It has a refreshing flavor and is loved by men and women of all ages. It is reasonably priced and the portion sizes, from small to extra-large, are also very generous. In addition to its traditional stewed oden, which has not changed since the founding of the restaurant, customers can also choose whether to use the restaurant’s recommended secret Miso sauce. From 4:30 p.m., the restaurant transforms into Yakisobar Naoto, where customers can enjoy alcohol with their yakisoba, alongside a pub menu which includes ""Adult’s Octopus Carpaccio."

    "This service area is located towards Katashina Village, via National Route 120 from the Kan’etsu Expressway Numata Interchange. It is in Hatomachi Toge Pass, one of the gateways to Oze. The location is perfect, with the Hatomachisanso accommodation facility established here, as a base when accessing to Mt. Shibutsu, one of Japan’s top 100 famous mountains, and Heaven’s Paradise Ayamedaira. There are stores, restaurants and souvenir shops that sell local Katashina Village ""Oze brand"" merchandise, mountaineering goods and so on. Among these, the original Scarlet Runner Bean Soft Cream is very popular. During the season, due to car access limitations, it is recommended to take a bus or taxi from Tokura nearby."

    尾瀬の入口の１つ、鳩待峠にあります。 中にはお土産があり、外には豆花ソフトクリームを売っているスタンドがあります。 愛郷ぐんま全国割が使える施設ですが、残念ながらソフトクリームのスタンドでは使えませんでした。 食堂も併設されています。 水洗トイレが裏側の外にあります。 チップは100円です。

In addition to handmade bread and baked sweets, there’s focaccia sandwiches, burgers with buns made with natural yeast, and morning toast sets, among others. You’ll also find apple pie made with Minakami apples, “maitake cookies” made with locally picked maitake mushrooms, and other popular items.

    美味しいパン屋さんです。お値段はリーズナブルです。名前がかわいいので気に入ってます。駐車場も広く停めやすかったです。

    A restaurant with a nostalgic atmosphere located on the shore of Lake Akaya, a dam lake known as a scenic spot with a view of the Tanigawa mountain range. In addition to hearty bowls of rice topped with maitake mushroom tempura and sauce katsu-don (pork cutlet served on top of a bowl of rice), the restaurant also serves a variety of set menus such as ginger yaki, ramen, and soba noodles.

    すごいボリューム感のある丼です。丼の表面は一面のグリーンです。見たら驚くこと請け合いです。刻んだキュウリとシソの葉が一面に乗せられて、ゴマと特製の出汁がかけられています。このキュウリとシソの層を突破しなければ、その下の鮪の切り身に出会えません。後半はお腹が一杯になるにつれ、単調な味で飽きが出てきました。まあ一度試してください。話のネタになります。
