    This long-standing poultry farm first opened in 1924 and is located along Prefectural Route 26 in Nagaoka, Shinto, Kitagunma County. They raise two breeds of chicken; Jun-Kokusan-dori (Pure Domestic Chicken) Momiji and Boris Brown, from chicks to adults on their own special mixture of feed. At their onsite direct sales shop, they offer rich flavored fresh eggs as well as processed foods including custard puddings and castella cake.

They are known for producing Minakami's famous Nama-Daifuku filled rice dumpling treat, an amazing dessert containing the perfect blend of red bean paste made with the waters of Mt. Tanigawa and fresh whipped cream. It also comes in other flavors including matcha green tea, caramel, pumpkin, and more. Other products include their Take-fuku, a core of mochi rice covered with a chunky tsubuan red bean paste.
