This is a prefectural park of about 1,290 hectares in size, at the top of Mt. Akagi surrounded by nature, approximately 60 minutes from the Akagi Interchange on the Kanetsu Expressway. The facility displays information on the current state and structure of Mt. Akagi through its animals, plants and geological features. In addition to exhibitions on the history and beautiful nature of Mt. Akagi, there is also a rest house, a tourist information office, and trekking maps are available to purchase. Visitors can use it as a base for sightseeing and hiking in the region. The facility is barrier free and suitable for wheelchairs.

ビジターセンターの駐車場を利用しました。かなりの台数を止められる駐車場で馬が居ます。ふじこちゃんと言う名のメス馬で400キロ有るそうです。馬主さん所有の中で、一番大きい馬で120キロ迄の人が乗っても大丈夫だとか。駐車場の周りを乗馬体験出来て2000円でした。

Visitors can climb obstacles amongst the trees and enjoy attractions like a 100 meter long zip line, soaring through the air. An abundant variety of obstacles and play equipment courses are on offer, from the relatively easy to conquer Fairy Stage to the thrilling Master Stage with its 100 meter zip line.
