Yuan Sanbo serves Western-style dishes such as omurice (omelet made with fried rice) with a demi-glace sauce slowly stewed for over three weeks, Tochigi wagyu tail stew, and deep fried Japanese tiger prawns. Guests can also enjoy courses with hors d’oeuvres and desserts.
