    This specialty ham shop is located along Prefectural Route 266 in Yumoto, Nasu Town. Visitors can sample “curved franks” to roast ham, franks with bones, salami, and other hand-made types of ham products, and the staff give advice about the best way to enjoy the foods as well to assist them in their purchases. There’s also an adjoining café that offers ham sets and sandwiches made with ham.

    店の入り口に、ローマにある、真実の口の模型のような物がありちょっとびっくりしましたが、中は普通のお店、ハム、サラミ、ササミの燻製、ビーフジャーキーなど肉の加工品のお店でした

    A meat shop that sells only Nasu Japanese Black beef from whole Tochigi raised wagyu cattle they procure themselves. A designated specialty shop on the Nasu Kaido Highway, they sell the highest rated A5 rank beef. Tochigi Wagyu (Nasu Kuroge Wagyu) is a registered product of the Tochigi Agricultural Products Association; the finest free-range wagyu beef, it's raised on snowmelt from the Nasu Mountains. Its rating is as high as the well-known Matsusaka and Yonezawa beef varieties. The owner purchases whole cows at market that have been carefully selected for the quality of their meat. This allows the restaurant to offer the best meat at reasonable prices.
