    This restaurant is located close to Inawashiro-machi Town Hall in Shirominami, Inawashiro-machi in Yama County. It looks like a Western-style restaurant on the outside but the most popular item on the menu is the hand-made juwari (100%) buckwheat soba noodles made with local buckwheat flour. It also serves basket noodles with vegetable tempura with a range of rice bowls such as katsu-with-sauce.

    久しぶりの訪問です。 いつも同じですが、 ソバとソースかつ丼のセット＋天ぷらまんじゅうの黄金セットを食べました。 安定した美味しさで、今度は家族と来ようかと思ってます。

Here you can enjoy handmade soba noodles created with homegrown buckwheat enwrapped in the old fashioned atmosphere of a remodeled old Japanese home. The Tenmori-soba, which comes with seasonal mountain vegetable tempura, is particularly popular. You can also buy buckwheat and wheat flour at the front of the restaurant.

    農家住宅を改装した感じのお店。カーナビが当てにならなかったので不安だったが、幹線道路からグーっと住宅街に入った立地。 素朴なお蕎麦に、やや薄く出汁をとったタレ、ボリューム満点のてんぷらといった感じ。

    猪苗代といえば蕎麦！ 土津神社に行った際にGoogleに近くの蕎麦屋で出てきたのがこのお店。口コミも良かったので行ってみると〜平日なのに満席！相席なんて当たり前ですね〜 もりととろろの2種のみ オーダーすると白菜の漬物が〜うまい、上手い 蕎麦も天ぷらも美味しくて〜口福です。 このお店に来られてラッキーでした〜

    ランチに伺いました。１時を過ぎていたので空いていてすぐ座れました。 とろろそばをいただきましたが、お蕎麦の色が薄い色をしています。 とろろに青海苔が入っていて香りが良かったです。

    日曜日に訪問しましたが、地元の車と県外からの車のナンバーが入り混じっていたので地元でも有名なお店なんだと思います。 東京人には少し薄い汁で食べたざるそばでしたが、さっぱりして美味しかったです。蕎麦自体も美味しかったです
