    とても美味しい米沢牛を提供しています。店内はテーブル席と御座敷がありました。４台分の駐車場もあります。接客も明るく親切。たべたのは、米沢牛のA5ランクのサーロイン。肉も脂もとろけました。160グラムで4500円でした。

Using traditional Napoli cooking methods, the pizzas baked in the pizza oven are exceptionally delicious. The restaurant is approximately 20 minutes from Tsuruoka Interchange on the Yamagata Expressway.

    テイクアウトを注文したのですが、時間通り行って少し待ちました。 しばらく端で待ってたのですが、注文は？と、また聞かれました。 店員さんからここで待っててと言われたのに今度はまた別の所へ移動してと言われ、あげくのはてに、車まで届けると言うのでナンバー教えたら違う車に持っていった。 何をしたいのか？態度も、わるいし、ピザも特別美味しいわけでなかったのでもう行かなくてもいいと思いました。

    山小屋を思わせるような三角屋根の建物のレストランでした。お食事はランチもディナーもすべておまかせのコースのみ。どんなお料理がいただけるかはその日のお楽しみです。「黒バイ貝のコロッケ」は、まあるい緑色のフォルムがかわいらしいお料理。ブルゴーニュ風に仕上げられ、苔のような緑はパセリで、中に食感のよい黒バイ貝が隠されていました。

    Fleur de Soleil is a restaurant located in an old farm in the rural area of Takahata Town on the Budo-Matsutake Line. The restaurant’s modern building, a remodeled traditional storehouse, is surrounded by fields that grow much of the food served there, giving the place the feeling of a rural hideaway. An attractive feature of the restaurant is that customers sitting in the dining area can look out and see an expanse of grapevine trellises, giving them they are in a southern French village surrounded by greenery. Full set menus of authentic French cuisine are available for both lunch and dinner but by reservation only. The cuisine is centered on vegetables grown in the restaurant’s organic gardens, supplemented with seasonal ingredients, such as fish or fruit. The result is a simple yet elegantly prepared menu.

    一番良いと思ったのは、スタッフの方たちのフレンドリーさとホスピタリティ。笑顔が素敵なスタッフさんが多く、全体的に明るい雰囲気が良かった。食事も美味しく、お腹いっぱいいただいたが、特別にこれがオススメ！というような目玉料理を見つけられなかったのが残念。次回の訪問では、そういったメニューを見つけたい。
