    Akita Pref. Yuzawashi Inaniwachou Inaniwa 80
    The Sato Yosuke Flagship shop was founded in 1860, controls every step of the process meticulously, from ingredient selection to shipping, and manages everything in-house for their Inaniwa Dried Udon. At the Flagship Store, not only can you try the shop's products on-site off their full menu, you can also watch the master makers at work on a tour of the factory. There is also an attached tourist information center and shop selling Akita specialties.

    佐藤養助さんは、都心に3店ある以外は、全て秋田県内に店舗があり(海外店舗は除く)、なかなか行けなかったんですが、今回は3連休を利用して秋田へ遠征！ 稲庭うどんは絶品！二味、3玉、天ぷら付きも、アッという間の完食！特にゴマだれツユが、ホント旨かった！紅葉にはまだ早かったけど、ドライブがてら来て正解でした。帰りにお土産も買いました。さて、今夜は温泉でゆっくりします。 ごちそうさまでした。

    A mineral water plant along Prefectural Route 317 in Fujikoto-wakesaku, Fujisato Town, Yamamoto County. They produce Shirakamisansui Water by bottling Shirakami water. With advance reservation you can take a free tour of the bottling process.

    白神山水の館はミネラルウォーター「白神山水」を製造している工場です。 長い時間をかけて育まれた白神の水を外気に触れさせることなく、加熱処理を一切せずにボトリングした「白神山水」は口あたりが爽やかな超軟水です。 ボトリング工程見学は、事前予約が必要です。

    A brewery aiming to make the best local sake by using the best local ingredients with everything from cultivating the rice to shedding their own blood sweat and tears. The Tenju Sake Rice Research Society grows all of the Tenju Genryo Rice, Sake-Komachi rice, and Miyama Nishiki rice. Many of their products have received the Gold Prize at the 2019 Fine SAKE Award, Japan.
