秋田市広面地区の住宅街、車通りも多いところにひっそりとあるお店に初めて入りました。 店内はしっとりとした空間、ケーキをはじめとしたスイーツが綺麗に可愛く並んでいます。 少し小ぶりで金額は高めですが味は間違いなし、家族も喜んで食べてくれました。

- A confectioner that first opened 80 years ago. They offer a wide variety of Japanese and Western treats made with the images, scenery, names, and ingredients of the Oga region. Their Japanese confection offerings include dorayaki cakes and salted bean daifuku dumplings while Western offerings include castella cake and madeleines. Other highly popular items are their frozen candies, soft-serve ice-cream, and birthday cakes.

- A Western confectionary located a 14 minute walk from Kakunodate Station. The shop’s cute exterior matches well with the townscape of Kakunodate, known as “little Kyoto.” The second floor is a restaurant; from the terrace seating area, you can enjoy café-style drinks and light meals together with a sweeping view of the Hinokinai River, famous for its avenue of cherry trees. The most popular item on the restaurant menu is the fluffy and rich omelet rice, made with flavorful Hinai-jidori chicken eggs. The Saimyoji Monc Blanc set, made with Saimyoji-guri chestnuts soaked in syrup, is popular among women customers for its reserved, delicate sweetness.

西明寺栗をふんだんに使ったお菓子屋さんです。 大福は400円、パイ包みは相場で変動して、1個800-900円くらいです。 なかなか複数個は買えませんが、おいしかったです。

- This is a western sweets shop in Hirasawa, Nikaho City, Akita Prefecture, famed for its Jumbo Cream Puffs loaded with custard cream. The shop showcase is lined with brilliantly colored cakes, and they're happy to make you a special order character cake from your own photo, with two days advance notice. In addition to pastries, they sell a wide selection of handmade breads. It's also conveniently located in front of Nikaho Station.

シュークリームが有名ですが、調理パンや菓子パンが目当てでよく来店してます。イートインスペースもありますが、持ち帰ったパンをオーブントースターで軽く温めるとバターの香りがして美味しく、良い材料を使っていると思います。カレーパンが一番好きです。
