Operated by the Shiroishi Umen Association, the restaurant serves a variety of umen noodle dishes and also sells local Shiroishi specialty products such as Japanese washi paper, kokeshi dolls, and of course umen noodles to take home. The restaurant is only open from 11:00 to 14:00, but it can also be reserved for events such as banquets and Buddhist memorial services outside these hours. Particularly recommended are the mabo umen noodles topped with mabo dofu, and the lunch special set which includes rice, a side dish, dessert, and more.
