They also sell local specialties and unique items, letting guests shop to their hearts' content in the spacious, high ceilinged store. The second floor is a food court where you can dine on dishes that showcase Ishinomaki seafood like their Kinkazan Rice Bowl heaped with fresh local toppings and their Anago Tempura Rice Bowl topped with an enormous portion of conger eel, crispy on the outside and tender within.

The natural harbor in Onagawa a five minute walk from Onagawa Station on the JR Ishinomaki Line has been renowned since ancient times. Several boat lines connecting to outlying islands leave from here, including Ashi-jima Island, a breeding ground for black-tailed gulls and rhinoceros auklets designated a National Natural Monument; and Enoshima Island, the only inhabited island in the Enoshima Island Archipelago. A scheduled boat also visits Mt. Kinka, one of the Three Holy Sites of Oshu (Mutsu Province), every Sunday and on holidays. Mt. Kinka is a popular mystical power spot. The port boasts one of the greatest hauls of Pacific saury in the country and its waters are used to cultivate oysters and silver salmon. The fresh seafood brought in here is used in town restaurants to make local specialties such as the Onagawa donburi rice bowl.
