    A tourist information center located in Sendai Station in Sendai City. The center was originally located at the entrance to the station but was moved to a newer, updated facility in the station's View Plaza area. The center provides sightseeing and lodging information on the Sendai area and Miyagi Prefecture. The center's walls and shelves are stuffed with pamphlets providing information on area events. The center always has English-speaking staff on hand ready to help international tourists. The center is also frequently used as a starting point for tie-up events with works of fiction taking place in the area such as the popular anime series Wake Up, Girls! and JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.

    A complex which includes convenient facilities as well as a tourist information center for visitors to the Akiu Onsen hot spring resort area. The complex is free to enter and open year round. In addition to free Wi-Fi, the complex has coin lockers, offers seasonal and Sunday bicycle rentals, and has a free hot spring footbath. The complex has an exhibition area and the Akiu Electric Railway diorama is a must-see for railway fanatics. The complex is also a popular destination for families with children. There are also exhibits containing Akiu crafts and visitors can find maps of Akiu Town noting hotel and sightseeing spot locations. The complex conducts a craft making class every Sunday and frequently holds many other events as well.

    A tourist gathering space located in the Sakunami Onsen hot spring resort area. The building has meeting and exhibition rooms and is used for promoting regional cultural exchange and interaction. The facility has a free footbath and is a popular destination for tourists to take a break. The facility's farm-fresh market sells local foodstuffs. A cafe called L'Albero Cafe operates in the facility and customers can enjoy Italian sandwiches made with oven-baked pizza dough bread as well as desserts in the establishment's cozy, wood-accented atmosphere. A Jizo (Kshitigarbha) statue stands in front of the facility and it is said that it will grant you luck in finding love and marriage if you splash hot water on it.

    This tourist information center is in a rest house about seven minutes on foot from the JR Senseki Line's Matsushima-Kaigan Station. Using items like sightseeing maps, they courteously provide information on Matsushima Town highlights, events, local cuisine, and more. The rest house is equipped with vending machines, benches and toilets, and is a good spot for a short break. They also have paid luggage lockers and a free wheelchair lending service.

    松島海岸駅を出てすぐ右にある観光案内所。 日本全国どこにでもある観光案内所なのですが、小さいため混んでおり、隣に大きな（そしてわかりやすい）看板があるので、たいていのことはこの看板で事足ります 笑

    瑞巌寺総門を潜ると直ぐの場所の案内所がありました。観光ガイドも行っている旨が記されていましたが、今回は観光案内所として利用しました。但し、大半の観光客は案内所は素通りして参道を進んで行くようで、わざわざ案内所に立寄る人は少なそうでした。
