It has a calm and relaxing atmosphere and quaint appearance,as well as a shop that sells souvenirs and other goods focusing mainly on Ryusendo Cave and Iwaizumi. At the restaurant, visitors can enjoy dishes made with local and seasonal ingredients from Iwaizumi. The restaurant also has terrace seating, and when the weather is pleasant, many visitors enjoy sitting outside on the terrace. It is also attractive in that visitors can enjoy skewer dishes such as dengakudofu and seasonal salt-grilled fish, that can be eaten inside the restaurant or while walking.

It is situated in the forest, surrounded by amber inside the Kuji Kohaku Museum. Visitors can enjoy lunch or dinner courses with dishes that center on local ingredients such as seafood, Iwate chicken, Shorthorn beef and Sasuke pork. The menu and prices fluctuate depending on the stock purchased that day. The restaurant's pasta dishes with their seasonal ingredients are also popular.”Kunnoko"" means ""kohaku"", or ""amber"" in the Kuji dialect."

    ツアーの昼食で利用しました。 とある博物館の隣りにあり、結果 ここを見学、その後買い物に誘導される と言う仕組みでしたが。 ビストロと名乗るのは いかがなものか? と言うランチ内容です。 ドリンクの種類も少ないし。 何故か、コーヒーをアイスにすると 100円増しと書いてあるし。 お薦めはできません。

    This curry shop is located along National Route 45, 465 meters from Sokei Stationon the Sanriku Railway Rias Line (Miyako-Kuji). They use only safe and reliable ingredients with no additives for their curry, naan and yogurt, and make everything from scratch every day. Even the onions in the curry are grown on their own fields. The basic chicken curry with large whole pieces of chicken wings is highly recommended. You can even take home their chicken, keema, beef or pork curry, which they process and place in retort packages in-house.

    This long-established sushi restaurant is located about a five-minute walk from JR Miyako Station, and provides fresh seafood brought in at Sanriku Miyako Port. You can enjoy seasonal ingredients at reasonable prices. Their “miyabi” sushi set with 11 pieces, made in the spirit of encouraging the revitalization of the Sanriku region, is especially recommended. In addition to counter seating with the fresh ingredients lined up in front of you, there is also table and tatami room seating that can be used for banquets. Besides their nigiri and chirashi sushi selections, they also have rolled and inari sushi, and even a children’s menu.

    あまちゃんで一躍話題になった久慈の定番のお土産はぶすのこぶというあんこの入ったお菓子です。沢菊のお店は久慈駅からでも徒歩圏内で久慈駅から道の駅に行く途中にあり、久慈の観光エリアから立ち寄りやすい場所にあります。ぶすのこぶ以外にも特産のやまぶどうを使ったお菓子が売られていました。

    私達は 人気のソフトクリームを購入し食べましたが、店内での飲食も可能です。当然 持込は 厳禁。 ソフトクリームには スプーンと称し、昆布が付いてきます(笑) 北山崎を観光する方には お薦めです。

    さんまダシと聞いて入って見た。店内はラーメン店では珍しく、なんかホールに入っている感じ。 さて肝心なラーメンの味だが、辛口で言わせてもらえば、なんら個性なく、どこでも味わえる。麺も独自の製法らしいが、ストレート麺でさほどである。
