二戸市の旧市街にあるジンジャ・シュラインです。石段を登った先に拝殿があります。境内はよく手入れがなされていました。御朱印あります。

成田山安養寺は、九戸城松ノ丸跡のところにありました。九戸城深田堀跡のところに成田山安養寺専用の駐車場があり、駐車場から登って行くと寺の裏ある西国三十三観音霊場にでます。表参道の県道側から見ると石段の先に朱色の鮮やかな山門が見え、目を引きます。
