    This roadside station is located in Tono City, Iwate Prefecture. It sells processed goods using wasabi (Japanese horseradish), a specialty of the area that boasts the largest production in the Tohoku region, and items such as Tassobe-zuke, wasabi miso and wasabi kasu-zuke line its storefronts. In addition, you can taste unique wasabi beer, which has wasabi extracts, and weitzen beer that utilizes technology from the land of beer, Germany.

    この道の駅の脇に、釜石線が通っており、夜になるとライトアップされて幻想的な風景 が堪能出来ます。 特にSL銀河が通る際は、写真も映えます。 個人的には、夜のライトアップされたなか、列車が通過する風景をSL銀河で運行してほしいです。

    This roadside station is located in Tono City, Iwate Prefecture. The spiral magnus wind turbine, with blades shaped like screws, is the symbol of the facility. You can also enjoy Kuretsubo soba (buckwheat noodles), gyoja garlic ramen and a set meal with jingisukan (grilled mutton).

In addition, there is a corner exhibiting the exchange records with the city's Austrian sister city, Berndorf, and spots for relaxation such as a park to come into contact with water and greenery. There is also a restaurant where you can enjoy meals while gazing out on the natural scenery of Hayachine.

    水沢から走って3、40分程度にあります。陸前高田に行く途中に寄りました。といれは綺麗で、心地よく使用できます。レストランもありましたが、早かったためしまっていました。
