    The DiMasio Museum of the Sun in Shinkappu was opened in 2010 after renovating the town's Taiyo Elementary School, which was closed in 2008. Based on the concept of fusion of nature and art, it is the only museum in Japan that permanently houses the works of Gerard DiMasio, a master of French fantasy painting. Visitors can view more than 200 of DiMasio's masterpieces.

    いくまでの道のりも楽しく、入館料も手ごろ、中に入っては感動の数々でした。子供にはちょって早いかもしれませんが、カップル・夫婦でいくと楽しめるかな。
