A ramen restaurant located in Altimall Higashikagura, a large shopping mall close to Asahikawa Airport. This restaurant chain also has locations in places such as Takasu, Asahikawa, Sapporo, and Tokyo. The first thing you'll want to try is the scorched lard soy sauce ramen, which is finished off with piping hot lard and which is the most popular item on the menu. Hokkaido Kamikawa-gun Bieicho Misawa Biei Kyowa
This homemade pasta specialty store is located 15 minutes' drive from Shirogane Blue Pond, one of Biei's most popular tourist attractions. All of the pasta dishes on the menu are made with homemade pasta that uses eggs and wheat produced in Hokkaido. The most popular item on the menu is the Lemon Sauce Spaghetti, which has a refreshing lemon accent that spreads softly through the dish. The sour sauce has a reputation for customers enjoying it without tiring of it, thanks to its acidic cream base. It also happens to be the only restaurant where one can enjoy the flavor of Biei's red wheat pasta, which has been revived out of a desire to once again see the vivid sight of Biei's wheat fields, which were once a symbol of Biei.
