    This is a sweets shop specializing in Hokkaido melon and is located in Nakafurano Town in the Sorachi County of Hokkaido. The “Santa no Hige” which is a ripe melon cut in half and topped with plenty of soft serve ice cream is a famous product. The name originated as this product resembles Santa Claus’s beard if it was turned upside down. This dessert has a big impact, and you can enjoy eating the rich milk flavors of this dessert and the melt in your mouth melon flesh together. There are three kinds of soft serve ice cream available, two kinds of topping, and they come in a size which can be shared among family and friends.

    A handmade pudding studio. Paying particular attention to the ingredients and hand preparation methods, the studio makes just 18 puddings a day. Popular for ordering shipped to one's home, the wait list for this service is several months long. Ezo Amupurin Seizosho uses fresh raw milk procured from a nearby dairy farmer and only domestic eggs and beet sugar. In order to ensure a smooth texture, all of the ingredients are carefully mixed until just before being poured into a 30 centimeter diameter Sue ware dish to be baked. Direct purchases at the studio require an advance reservation. The studio's pudding can also be ordered at Farm & Cafe Berries a 40 minute drive away.

    富良野市街からひたすら山道を登りこんなところに本当にお店があるのかという場所にお店はありました。最後の最後で場所が分からず確認のため電話しました。車のナビでは表示されないがグーグルマップだと表示されると聞きグーグルマップを頼りにたどり着きました。恐らく栄養の塊プリンの雑菌の繁殖を抑えるために北海道の山の上にお店を作ったのだと思います。味は本物です。
