    Esashi oiwake is music or poetry sung in praise of the people born and raised in the harsh surroundings of the northern lands. Esashi Oiwake Hall was built in 1982 in order to preserve this local culture. Inside the hall are rooms to practice singing, informative displays about esashi oiwake as well as a seminar room where you can learn all about this art. You can also see the floats used during the Togyosai ceremonial procession from Ubagami Daijingu Shrine. To get to Esashi Oiwake Hall takes about one and a half hours by car from Hakodate and about two hours by bus from JR Hakodate Station.

    This ski resort is located approximately 50 minutes by car from Hakodate City. There are courses to match everyone's skill level from beginner to advanced, as well as a children's area so that young children can also enjoy themselves. Visitors are also sure to enjoy PEAKCAFE, a new restaurant at the top of the mountain that serves food made with local seasonal ingredients.

    ツアーで訪問しました。冬はスキーコースになるそうですが、訪問したのは11月で、紅葉見物。ゴンドラも私たちツアーのために運行してくださったそうです。ゴンドラを15分も乗り、駒ケ岳や、大沼国定公園を眺めました。お天気によっては、遠くに羊蹄山やニセコ連峰まで見えるそうです。

The beginner’s canoeing tour at around two hours long is popular with first-timers. As well as taking in the seasonal flowers and spring water of the lake you can also stop off at the island for a short break and tea time. Spectacular early morning tours with the beautiful morning mist and night tours under the moonlight are also very popular. They also do guided tours of Mt. Komagatake where from the summit you can see over the Tsugaru Peninsula. A definite must-see! The nearest station is Onuma Station.

    This fruit farm spreads out at the foot of Mt. Yokotsu, where the temperature differential is large and the environment perfect for fruit. They offer fruit like strawberries, cherries, plums and blueberries grown with low agricultural chemicals and no artificial fertilizers. This farm stands out for its huge variety, which they adopted with the idea that customers could come at any time and find a surprise waiting to be picked. Strawberry picking starts from late June, cherries are in July, and apples start in September. Unusually for fruit picking farms, they don't require reservations. Their environmentally-friendly low-chemical use means they are certified Eco Farmers.

    A park situated along Prefectural Route 338 in Onuma-cho, Nanae Town, Kameda County, Hokkaido Prefecture. Park facilities include a 2.5-kilometer-long forest walking path along the shore of Onuma Lake, and visitors can stroll the grounds and take in the oaks, silver birches, and other trees; wild birds; and seasonal scenery such as fall foliage in autumn. The adjoining Center Lodge can be used as a rest lounge.

    The multipurpose ground spreads out in front of Komagatake dam, which was built for agricultural irrigation purposes. It's perfect as a rest area for hikers, or for camping. The wide open area is covered in lush lawn, and has a parking area, water fountains, toilets, and even hearth. The area around the grounds, called the Torizaki valley, is famous as a fall foliage spot. There are scenic spots, called the Eight Scenes of Torizaki Gorge, set around, and in fall they attract crowds of sightseers. The area is particularly nice because although it is right by the dam, the dam itself is not particularly prominent.

    This leisure pool is in Gennadai Seaside Park, a sprawling area of greenery and play equipment near the sea. This bathing area is fully surrounded by breakwaters to keep the rough Sea of Japan waves at bay, so bathers can play in safety. This is the only beach in Hokkaido included in the Ministry of the Environment's the Best Beach 100 of Japan. It's particularly popular since the interior of the bay is such that the sea water flows steadily through, keeping waves under control for safe swimming. There are barrier-free toilets and changing rooms, with ramps down to the beach and even amphibious vehicles available, so it is a truly barrier-free beach.

This botanical garden has a large number of different cherry tree species; besides helping to preserve the individual species, it also functions as a “living cherry tree field guide” by displaying the trees for visitors to view. There are currently approximately 300 individual trees from around 100 different species.

    This is a riding club located in great expansive natural surroundings of Onuma where one can enjoy western horse riding, just like the original. The trail riding experience with a veteran cowboy guide takes you meandering through forests on a horse and are designed so that even a beginner can securely enjoy 'real' horse trekking. The courses available are 90 minutes course, two and a half hours course with a coffee break, and three and a half hours course with coffee and a snack. Each course comes with a 45-minute lesson and a selection menu.

    フェアウェイカート乗り入れOKを期待してプリンスホテルのコースに行きましたが快晴だったにも関わらず「本日乗り入れ×」の表示。 おまけにフェアウェイがベアグランド状態多くてガッカリしました。 駒ヶ岳を見ながら雄大なコースなのに残念でした。

    ロケ－ションはひじょうに良 部屋にトイレ、風呂、洗面所無し、テレビは無し、持参のラジオを聞こうおもっても電波状態が悪く ほぼ聞くことが出来なかった 夕食は今まで宿泊した所で 最もまずかった・・・二度と利用しません。

    小木屋附近有戶外遊戲區，鄰近的休息站內有室內遊戲區，view很好，小木屋除了瓦斯爐、熱水瓶外，設備都很新，小木屋也有廁所浴室都很乾淨，但樓上提供睡覺使用的枕頭、睡墊及睡袋都沒有另外提供枕套、被套或睡墊套，會介意的人可能要自備。營區可24小時進出，管理棟也有洗衣機，也是24小時開放，很方便！
