- A cafe specializing in desserts, located on the first floor of the basement in Paseo West in Kita Ward, Sapporo City, Hokkaido and run by the Hokkaido dairy maker, Yotsuba. In addition to the richly flavored parfait which uses plenty of refreshing soft ice cream and the light, fluffy baked pancakes, there are a wide variety of dishes on the menu which normally use milk products such as carbonara and gratin, etc. The Yotsuba white parfait made with plenty of soft ice cream and fresh cream is especially popular. They also have a recommended seasonal menu and the place is always crowded with both local customers and tourists.

- This coffee shop in Sapporo City is famous among coffee lovers. Known for its many fans both in Japan and abroad, this branch is in a wooden kominka (old house) on a back alley. The interior, renovated by the owner to reflect the different atmospheres of the four season, is a comfortable space with antique furniture and household goods from the mid-20th century. Mori no Shizuku, which can only be drunk here, is highly recommended. You can enjoy a strong tasting cup of the owner's special satisfying coffee made from coffee beans roasted in-house and carefully nel drip brewed for a smooth taste that is both rich and deep.

金曜夜23時に来店するも並ばないと入れないほど人気店。 佐藤の系列。佐藤は2店舗ともに残念ながらもっと並んでたので佐々木に。 メニューが違うみたい。 抹茶と烏龍茶〜柚子とライチと共に〜 を注文。 結論、めっちゃ美味しい！ 一般的なパフェのソフトクリームやアイスクリームめいんのイメージではなく、クリームと柔らかめの食感のアイスやフルーツがあり、甘いけど甘くなくすっきりした味。

札幌の旧道庁赤れんが庁舎の正門前と札幌駅前通りの間に札幌赤レンガテラスが建っています。その２階に、こちらの椿サロンがあります。 こちらのお店は、ふわふわなパンケーキがとても人気です。私もいただいてみました。パンケーキは、本当にふわふわなんです。初めにナイフを入れると、ふわふわプルプルな感じがして、期待感が高まりました。期待通りのお味でおいしかったです。ごちそうさまでした。

大丸地下の食品フロアの一角にあるUCCのカフェ。UCCのコーヒーを販売している隣にあるカウンターのカフェです。食品フロアなのでなかなか活気がありますから静かにコーヒーをという雰囲気ではないですが、ちょっと一息入れるには十分です。
