    A food floor on the basement first floor of the large department store Daimaru Sapporo, directly linked to JR Sapporo Station. Here you can find about 100 stores selling such things as sweets, ready-made dishes, bread, box lunches, alcohol, and fresh food, etc. There are also many of the famous Hokkaido confectionery names here such as Rokkatei and LeTAO so it’s a popular place for tourists. You can pick up fresh Hokkaido seafood, fruit and vegetables which is why this place is familiarly known as the local Sapporo kitchen. There’s also a cafe called Kinotoya which is well known for its milk cookies.

    Sato Suisan is a specialist fish and seafood store located in a fish market adjacent to the Sapporo Central Wholesale Market in Sapporo City, Hokkaido; the large statues of shrimp and crabs make it easy to spot. The fish tanks inside the store are full of lively Red King Crabs and Horsehair Crabs; visitors to the store can ask to have one boiled to take home with them to eat, and the store can also arrange live shipment of crabs by air. Sato Suisan also has a wide range of other seafood products, including “Bite-sized Temari Salmon-roe Balls” made from pickled raw salmon roe, and “Ruibe” (pickled salmon). Large numbers of tourists visit Sato Suisan to buy Hokkaido specialties to take home as presents for friends and relatives.

The two floors of the shop offer over 300 kinds of seafood products including popular items such as roe in soy sauce and smoked rocky salmon and the shop is crowded with tourists seeking souvenirs of Sapporo.     This is select shop located in the underground shopping street, “Aurora Town” which is directly connected to Odori underground station. It sells foodstuffs produced in Hokkaido, and is managed by Marui Imai department store. Within the store, there is a full array of the best items that have been selected from all over Hokkaido such as processed seafood products, vegetables, famous confections, desserts and dairy products. There is also a corner area selling the bread from a popular bakery which can only be purchased locally. They sell approximately 1,200 kinds of food products to add “taste” to the dining tables of Sapporo from standard goods to unusual items.

    札幌地下街にあるショップで、北海道中の特産品が集まっています。運営は丸井今井ですので、品揃えや品質管理も安心です。北海道物産展などには出てこない、地方の個人商店のお菓子や加工品なども扱っています。週替わりで実演販売も行っているので、ホームページでチェックしてみてください。仕事帰りによる札幌市民が多い（自分のその一人）ので、夕方には込み合います。

The shop's signature smoked salmon gets more flavorful the more you chew it and is perfect for enjoying with a choice alcoholic beverage. Some of the many other products filling the shop's shelves and cases include sliced salmon, jarred salmon, and pickled salmon, perfect for souvenirs. You'll also find breads and hamburgers made with salmon here. The Oji Salmon shop is also a great place to stop by to pick up some snacks or a meal on the way to a picnic or other excursion destination.

    Morihico さんのデカフェは以前からお取り寄せもしていてとても好きな豆です。深入りでしっかりとしたコーヒーの味と香りが楽しめる。円山のお店も一度いったけど気軽に豆を買うのにはちょうど良い場所です。ドリップコーヒータイプのデカフェも購入。また来ます。
