Lake Hill Farm is a gelato (Italian ice cream) shop started by dairy farmers in Toyako Town, Abuta County, Hokkaido. Behind the store is a large meadow and grazing pasture. Freshly squeezed milk is processed into gelato at the factory on the premises. Using only ingredients from Hokkaido and with minimal added additives, the 20 different kinds of gelato have a delicately light sweetness to them. You can take an enjoyable stroll through the flower garden, taking in the beautiful natural surroundings while you eat your ice cream. They also have a restaurant and store.

A shop specializing in Italian gelato homegrown in Hokkaido, located in front of the beautiful Mt. Yotei, called the Fuji of Ezo. They offer homemade Italian gelato made with the waters of Mt. Yotei, known throughout Japan for quality, and without any food colorings or preservatives. The gelato is made with an abundance of fresh ripe fruit and delivers the same nutritional value, making it well liked even amongst those who don't usually eat fruit. As they use seasonal fruits you can enjoy a changing assortment of gelato. The shop is located along Prefectural Route 343 and is marked by a large gelato sign.

This is a store directly managed by the long-established Hokkaido Sweets Snow Brand Parlor. The store, which faces Otaru's classic walking course, Sakaimachi Street, sells ice cream, soft cream and other sweets. The store's popular soft cream features a smooth texture and rich milky flavor. It is the perfect place to rest your feet while walking around Otaru. There is a cafe area in the store where families can comfortably relax with small children, and customers can sit and chat. Many people stop by the store to buy souvenirs, since the store also sells cheesecake made with plenty of Camembert cheese, fragrant vanilla Baumkuchen and other sweets.

We bought a lot of things to bring home here. They offer Royce chocolate, calbee chips and many other local snacks. They also have different hand made locally souvenirs.

It is a well-established shop, opening originally in 1947. The ice cream is also used by hotels and restaurants in the city and the old-fashioned flavor is loved by locals. The ice cream is simply packed and not mass-produced so as to provide freshly made ice cream. A wide range of flavors are available, ranging from traditional to those special to Hokkaido including summer only flavors such as Yubari Melon, tomato and sake lees.

This ice cream shop based in the facilities of Hakodate Milk, an ice cream manufacturer in Nakano Town, Hakodate City, Hokkaido, sells much of its ice cream from ice cream vans. The additive-free soft ice cream which uses plenty of fresh milk direct from the farm, has a thick, rich taste and is loved by the locals. You can drink as much pasteurized milk as you like and they also sell drinking yogurt and cheese. Cows graze freely on the ranch, and you can also get to see some areas of the factory in action for free.

This sweets shop is located in the vicinity of the entrance to the sightseeing district of “Lake Mashu”, Teshikaga Town in the Kawakami County of Hokkaido, and this lovely light yellow building is a landmark. You can taste rich sweets such as the ice creams, soft serve ice cream and crepes which have been made using plenty of the milk which has been milked in the morning from the dairy cows which are raised on the underground water from Lake Mashu. The most popular is the special rich milk soft serve ice cream, and the Mashu blue ice cream is also popular. The shop’s interior has a bright open space where you can eat in.

Taste is nothing special - there’s a lot better out there. Vanilla is 9% non fat milk solids and 5% milk. Missing the deep rich creaminess you get from better ice-creams.

The company makes use of expertise gleaned through operating a dairy farm and processing and delivering milk since 1920. The establishment is easily identifiable by the cow statue out front. The cafe's caffe lattes are made with milk from rare Brown Swiss cows. For soft serve ice cream, the cafe serves milk, coffee, and matcha green tea flavors. In spring, the cafe also serves cherry blossom-flavored soft serve ice cream.

久しぶりに来ました。皆さん多分自主的に1組づつ店内に入り注文してました。入り口に消毒スプレーあります。

池田町にあるジェラート屋さん、ハッピネスデーリー。有名なワイン城の北側の畑が広がる中に、レンガ色の外壁がよく目立つ建物。それがハッピネスデーリーです。こちらには何度かお邪魔していますが、今回は１０年ぶりくらいでしょうか。ダブルのジェラートをいただきました。店内にはイートインスペースがあり、テラス席もあります。店内でいただきましたが、いつも通り、おいしいジェラートでした。
