    A steak restaurant where you can enjoy hearty slabs of beef, pork, chicken, lamb, and even dear meat in a designer space reminiscent of old America created with lots of iron and wood. Particularly recommended is the restaurant's signature shallow-fried Ikeda beef, a Hokkaido brand wagyu Japanese beef variety. A proprietary technique is used to give the beef a crisp outer flavor crust while keeping the inside moist and rare so that diners can enjoy the innate flavor of the red meat. Diners are encouraged to bite wholeheartedly into the tender, creamy meat.

    This powerful Italian restaurant opened back in the days when Sapporo had few Italian shops, and even has a wood fired oven imported from Italy itself. It has run three years in a row in world pizza contests, and has earned top place as a Japanese chef twice. The chef is particular about every detail from the flour, to the water, and even yeast, in creating authentic traditional Milanese style pizza with its particular crisp crust. It's popular for the woody aroma and savory wheat flavor. It has a strong regular clientele due to its focus on using seasonal Hokkaido ingredients.

    Restaurant staff were rude and served our food later than others; didnt bother reading us the specials that were brought to the others.

    This is a restaurant where you can enjoy simple and authentic Italian cuisine using seasonal ingredients locally produced in Hokkaido. In addition to fine meats and seafood such as deer, sea urchin and scallops, the restaurant also serves many healthy dishes using a variety of vegetables. Pasta made from 100% Hokkaido flour “Haru yo koi” has a springy texture and is a popular lunch menu. The indirect lighting and fashionable atmosphere of the interior in the evening makes it a great place for dates and a girls’ night out. The nearest station is Sapporo Station.

    This Italian restaurant secreted away in Teshikaga Town, Kawakami County has a natural river (Kushiro River), flowing directly from Lake Kussharo, behind the restaurant. The natural setting and log cabin structure make for a wonderful homey setting to savor Italian cuisine. Light cafe dishes like pasta and pizza are served for lunch, and at night it becomes a Spanish style bal. The amatriciana with Teshikaga Mashu pork, and the Hokkaido pescatore full of fresh seafood is highly recommended for lunch. Their original recipe of baked cheesecake is smooth and not too sweet, and goes well with both wine or coffee.

    Very kind welcome from the owner as he accepted us without reservation. Pizza are good and pasta excellent for this nice restaurant built by the owner. Good beers also
