Lumber House is a popular place where you can try the exquisite taste of sirloin and round steak, cooked rare. The locally reared Hakodate Onuma Beef is matured for over three weeks to give its superb flavor. With just salt, pepper and lemon butter for seasoning, and served with vegetables, you can savor the rich, juicy flavor of the meat. You can have the meat cooked to your liking on the heated stones. Here you can relax and eat while listening to the bird song and the wind rustling through the trees. The nearest station is Ikedaen Station.

The restaurant serves hearty American-style steaks as well as yoshoku Japanese-style Western food dishes like Japanese black beef hamburg steaks. Decorated with American knickknacks, the restaurant has a pop atmosphere. The restaurant also has a large lunch menu and welcomes families. In addition, the restaurant takes great pride in its ramen. As is appropriate to a steakhouse, the broth is beef bone-based, giving it a highly original flavor.

ステーキのお店ですがラーメンもあります。ハンバーグを頼みましたが、美味しかったです。8時頃に終わってしまうのではやめに行かなきゃなりません。ステーキも美味しそうでした。

とある飲み会に参加しました。料理も固めながらローストビーフやパエリアなんかが出てきて結構なボリュームです。でも驚いたのは飲み放題のシステム。冷蔵庫にある数十種類の瓶・缶ビールのうち３分の1くらいが勝手に飲んでいいこと。普段は自分で買えないようなビールもあって楽しめました。そして感動したのはウィスキーです。飲み放題にグレンフィディック12年、ラフロイグが入っているという気前の良さ！ちょっと感動です。

Hamburger steak is cooked perfectly. Nice crust on the outside and juicy on the inside. It is also very nicely marinated and tasted good on its own. Price is reasonable, about S$15-16 including rice.

近文駅近くのイオンモール旭川西１階にある、いきなりステーキ。こちらは立ち食いではなく、椅子もあって座って食べられます。肉は硬くはないですが、それなりの味でした。

2022/5/25、初の入店、サーロインがおすすめとのことで220gでお願いしたがとてもひどい肉。これまで食べたサーロインでは人生最悪。レアで頼んだが、筋がとても多く、ナイフで切れない。どう考えてもスーパーの安物ロースだ。今回の旅行で1番のショック。 1階フードコートのペッパーランチにしておけばよかった。
