A sake storehouse located in Nisshinmachi, Aizuwakamatsu City. A free tour is offered and visitors can see the actual storehouse area, exhibit room, and concert hall housed in traditional earthen wall storehouse. There’s a store selling limited edition sakes with a tasting corner; as well as a café housed in a storehouse built in 1892 which serves coffee brewed from the same water used for the sake, and chiffon cake made with daiginjo top quality sake.

1時間に一度、説明をしていただきながら見物出来ます。説明は、わかりやすくて興味をもてます。震災後の復興にも力をいれている酒蔵さんで、野口英世とも縁がある由緒ある家系です。最後に、ショップで試飲もさせていただけます。とても美味しかったです。

"A salt factory located in Itoshima City, Fukuoka Prefecture where products such as Mataichi salt are made. Visitors can see how salt is made and purchase a variety of goods, including salt pan boiled eggs; vaunted salt bread; and the ever popular ""Hanashio Pudding,"" sprinkled with salt. In addition, the facility also sells pork cutlet sandwiches and homemade sausage hot dogs together with coffee and seasonal fruit juices."

またいちの塩のプリンといえば糸島名物です。とろとろのプリンにカラメルと甘さを引き立てる塩が絶妙で人気ぐあるのも納得の味です。取り寄せてまで食べたくなるプリンとも言われていますが、実際に食べてみるとそれも納得の味でした。

“HAKUHAKU” is a museum of Hakata’s food culture which opened by “Fukuya,” the first place to sell spicy cod roe in Japan. It is divided into the five zones of museum, experience workshop, factory observation, cafe and shop. The spicy cod roe creation experience can be reserved up to 5 p.m. three days beforehand, though same-day reservation may be possible depending on the circumstance. It is around a 16-minute walk from JR Yoshizuka Station.

工場見学が楽しい。めんたい作りも体験できるようで、たくさん人が参加してました。レストランの定食は観光地価格で高いです。しかもご飯は炊いてから時間が立っているようで、めちゃくちゃ固かった。

This sake brewery is in I, Sawara, Katori City. Established in 1825, it uses the early rice and exceptional water from the embankments of the Tone River region. Tours of the brewery are free (reservations required for 15 or more), where one can learn about the sake making process and enjoy sake tasting. This Ryukyu glass studio is located in Onna Village, Okinawa Prefecture. Visitors can watch the work of a group of craftsmen lead by Ikemiyagi Yoshio, a certified Traditional Craftsman of Okinawa Prefecture. Ikemiyagi was selected as a Contemporary Master Craftsman in 2014 by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. The workshop also offers Ryukyu glasswork experiences in which participants can make a variety of items from such as taru glasses, saucers, and flower vases from Ryukyu glass. Visitors can also view and purchase more than 500 pieces of Ryukyu glasswork, which makes a great souvenir.

The Oishi Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. has a history of more than 300 years. Guests can visit the Sake-no-Kan shop, the main building, and the Motokura. The Motokura is its old brewery, and they have a tasting counter as well as a hakari-uri corner where they sell sake by volume, with guests filling up bottles of their choice as much as they'd like. It's also popular for selling sake varieties not available anywhere else.

亀岡市街地からすぐです。実際のものづくりは美山でこちらは瓶詰めのみらしいです。２階に当時の酒造りの道具があります。但し空調は効いていません。醸造酒から純米大吟醸まで揃っています。店員の方は快く近場の見所など教えてくれます。試飲も割りと自由なようです。

This winery is located in Kashiwara City where the best grapes in Osaka are grown. Vineyards began being cultivated in the early Meiji period and were used to make wine starting in 1914. Guests can visit these vineyards which produce organic grapes certified as Osaka Eco Agricultural Products. The winery also offers a tasting room, surrounded by a display of tools used for distilling from the Meiji to Taisho periods in the second floor of the storage shed, which is a Designated Cultural Property. 大阪いらっしゃ〜い府民割りツアーで利用しました。難波〜柏原をバスです。ワイン作りは歴史有るそうです。バスが通りづらい狭い道のの先にカタシモワイナリーが有ります。案内人がワイン畑の説明、工場を説明してくれ、試飲、買物も出来ます。規模的には小さくて、大手ビール工場とは比較になりませんが、楽しめますよ。

They run factory tours with tickets having to be reserved in advance, and the tour goes through a video, panel exhibition and the production line, and you can learn free of charge about the history and manufacturing processes of Asahi Beer’s. After finishing the tour, you can also sample freshly brewed beers. The exhibition containing roughly 3,700 types of beer can collected from around the world is also a must see. "This venerable soy sauce and miso maker dates back to the Edo period. They've used all-natural local ingredients ever since their founding in 1755, making miso and soy sauce that can be eaten with peace of mind. The corner shop has a modern Western design that uses the same ornamental tiles as the Imperial Hotel in Tokyo. Behind it there are still eight old warehouses used to store materials and tools. The shop's flagship ""Wakaki Tennen Jozo Shoyu"" soy sauce is made from local soybeans fermented in wooden tanks and aged for two years. It offers a traditional aromatic flavoring for sushi and sashimi."

The main house, where you can take a rest after your tour, was built some 130 years ago and was once a sericulture farmhouse.
