This roadside station is located near Tega ohashi Bridge, and has a direct sales agricultural area that sells agricultural products such as vegetables freshly harvested that day and eggs, processed goods and prepared dishes. The adjoining restaurants utilize local ingredients to offer Chinese cuisine, pasta, freshly-baked bread, cakes and sweets like soft-serve ice cream. Bicycle rentals are available on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays, and they can be returned at any of seven rental bicycle stations around Teganuma.

柏市と我孫子市にまたがる湖沼「手賀沼」に架かる手賀大橋のたもとの交差点前そばにあります。広い敷地に巨大な直売所があり、平日なのに混んでました。野菜類は東京とそんなに変わらない価格です。休憩スペースがおしゃれなカフェのようでした。手賀沼にすぐそばで自然環境が良いところです。

Agurie-no-Mori is a roadside station-like facility within the Akiu Village situated on the Akiu Highway. The place has a food court which offers dishes made from beef tongue, wild vegetables, and Akiu vegetables, and sweets such as ice cream, etc. There is also a small farmer’s market, a shop which sells various items and souvenirs, and Kikusuian store. Outside the food court on the terrace is a foot spa, Chapporin, which uses green tea to warm your feet!

訪れた週末は、みぞれ混じりの寒い早春で、野菜はまだあまりないかなと思ってましたが、結構ありました。サラダ春菊やルッコラ、ほうれん草、クレソン、山菜などを籠に入れました。一束の量が多いのが嬉しいです。また柑橘類も結構出ていて、買いました。買った和風グレープフルーツはグレープフルーツゼリーみたいで、美味しかったです。

There’s also a restaurant where you can get some Shinshu specialties. In the cafe restaurant run by the local cheese factory you can try some local food and cheese dishes. The tofu shop sells sugar-free drinking tofu which is a popular tofu sweet. As well as a spacious lawn and event space they also have a cooking room where you can have a go at making soba noodles. This farmers market opened in 2009 is located an 18-minute/10 kilometer drive from the Shibukawa-Ikaho interchange on the Kan-etsu Expressway via Prefectural Route 33. In addition to fresh picked vegetables, the market's diverse selection includes Mizusawa udon noodles, Ikaho Onsen manju buns, and fresh flowers. Of particular note is the market which sells local products straight from the producers. Selling organic vegetables, specially cultivated vegetables, and mineral-rich vegetables, all of the vegetables reassuringly bear the name of the producer and production area. Yukian, the market's restaurant, serves spicy, flavorful curry udon noodles.

四万温泉の帰りに立ち寄りました、地元食材を求めて午前中訪問したのですが、期待した生鮮野菜は有りませんでした。店としては地方のスーパーと言う感じで、お土産を買い求めに立ち寄るほうが適切なのかもしれません。

野菜直売所巡りでここにたどり着く。レストラン併設で隣が野菜売り場、海の幸や肉類もあった気がする。他の直売所と比べて高級、品質も値段も高い。その中で見つけた豊水梨、ずっと食べたかったシャキシャキの甘酸っぱい梨、落涙モノ。お値段もしっかりしていたが久々に美味しい梨有難う。表には果樹などもたくさん売られ、いるだけで楽しい。

桃の時期になると、夫婦でよく伺います。今年は、桃が1箱7~10個入っていて、2,300~2,800円前後でした。産地だけあって品も良いし、安いように感じます。タイミングがあえば加工用の桃が、1箱1,000円前後で販売されており、自宅で食すには十分な美味しさです。近くに道の駅もありますが、ここはJA直営なので、地元の方も多く利用されていて、値段も安いように感じます。

This store is located about five minutes by car from Ogawara Station on the Tohoku Main Line. They sell premium Waton Mochibuta pork raised on their own farm, ham, and sausages, as well as local Sennan agricultural produce and crafts. Waton Mochibuta pork is tender and lightly fatty, without any of pork's strong odor, with a flavor that Japanese people love. It was awarded the grand prize at the 33rd Japan Agricultural Awards in 2004 for thorough sanitation management and their effort surrounding it. Their dining area serves such Waton Mochibuta dishes as cutlets of pork loin or fillets.
