This is a large green space along the clear Yuragawa River in Miyamacho, Nantan City, Kyoto Prefecture. There are facilities including promenades, old houses with thatched roofs and sunken fireplaces, a baseball ground and a car camping site. In the lodging facility Kajikaso there is a day trip bathing facility to clean off the day’s grime while looking out over the river, and a joint restaurant serving Kyoto free pedigree chicken, deer meat and sweetfish in cuisine using local seasonal produce. There are plenty of spots where families can enjoy casual nature walks and camping.

The grounds are replete with a shop, toilets, grills, and food preparation facilities. There's also a farmer's market selling local vegetables which many people visit to pick up food to make while camping or to buy souvenirs to bring back home. Fuji from the observatory and the mountaintop plaza is wonderful; it has been selected as one of ""100 Best Views of Mt. Fuji in Kanto"""

The company offers three enjoyable tours worthy of an episode and geographic that leverage this historical fact.

Starting from Iwami Ginzan World Heritage Center, you can tour the Kinseiko shaft, which was dug to drain excess water and bring out ore, and the Okubo Mabu shaft, the largest of the remaining shafts. The Okubo shaft was named after the first director of the Iwami Ginzan Silver Mine, Okubo Nagayasu, and is beyond any of the others in scope. It reaches a maximum height of five meters, and there are legends of how Nagayasu rode down it on horseback holding a spear. The massive Fukuishiba quarry spreading in the back is also an impressive site.

The path passes through five tunnels including Usui Toge no Mori Park Exchange Building, Toge no Yu, Usui First Tunnel, and then onto a grand bridge with four arches. While enjoying the view of Lake Usui seen from the Abt railroad, visitors can get a sense for the railway scene of the Meiji and Showa periods.
